CHALLENGE

Paymetric is the standard in secure, integrated payments that supports best-in-class data security solutions with dedicated customer service and analytics. The fast-growing company saw the benefit of tightening their solutions set and more clearly communicating the holistic value of their technology offerings suite. Working closely with Paymetric’s legacy integrated public relations and marketing agency, Trevelino Keller, and visual brand strategy agency BCHORD, we worked toward the production of a new brand identity program and web presence.

 

SOLUTION

The identity refresh process began with secondary research of how other companies in the space were communicating solutions and value statements through collateral, web and social media. We identified areas of leadership and opportunities to ‘own’ key value statements. Through a brand workshop that involved key voices in the company and all three agencies, we articulated the core purpose of the brand. With that as the nucleus, we established brand tone and strategic messages. This foundation was used to refresh company content and visual identity, across collateral and a new responsive, fully optimized website.
